Aww, thanks! I still think the gold parts need a bit of work (and I'll never be happy with how the hem weight of the jacket makes it flare like that instead of falling flat T_T) but. :D

You *know* I'll be there. And I know that I still have to wait until Monday for the van confirmation -_- But as of this moment, I have you down to leave in the first van with me as the driver, alice15, kleonix, David, and Kate--this will be a little after 2pm. I'll be sending an e-mail tomorrow after I hear back from transportation, but the gist is: be packed and ready to go so that your stuff can be put into the van while you're in class, because M-chan and I will drive around and pick you guys up at class so we can leave directly from there. (And maybe stop at the Market or Bookstore if you need to.) And since our van is taking 6 instead of 7 people, we'll have plenty of room for our respective cosplay nonsense. Hopefully ;D

Despite our 6+ months of saving and planning...it doesn't look like Can and I are going to make it to Ohayocon. Our car vaguely exploded, and we didn't plan out any money for bus/plane tickets. It's unfortunate, but hey, we'll still see you at Otakon, right?

You know what's so messed up? I constantly complained to Nicoke about how strongly I disliked Lady Gaga the entire time we were sitting in wait for the contest, and now I love Lady Gaga with liek the biggest crush evar.

Because of sheltered college with no listening to radio or partying, I don't think I'd ever heard any of her music and KNOWN it was hers. I think I disliked her on principle before AUSA? Like, just her craziness. And now I'm slowly unable to get enough.
