I've beaten Awakening with both Jane Amell and Fynnea Tabris! I like Awakening, though it seems short and under-realized. The plot is FASCINATING but it's not fleshed out enough! Also, it seemed easier than Origins. High Dragons shouldn't be THAT easy to kill, you guiz.

DA!fic still has my brain all wrapped up. In progress are:

Temper, Temper - Fynnea Tabris/Zevran Arainai. Origins timeline. Chapter 1 is ready to go up whenever, Chapter 2 is drafted and in the process of being revised. I wrote an interlude between the two chapters (skippable, since it's only silliness and smut, but ohsofun), so that needs to be revised, as well. I have five other chapters planned, of various lengths. I'll start posting it in installments once I have another chapter or two drafted, to ensure I don't drop the project like I did with The Negative Confessions.

Whispers in the Dark - Jane Amell/Anders Awakening!fic, with bits of past Jane Amell/Alistair. I have a few scenes drafted out. It's another sad Jane!fic, but it's ending is far happier than Silence (which I'm still proud of, if disturbed by). I'm not going to write any more Origins timeline Jane fic, because there's not much to write about, but Whispers will have a lot of flashbacks.

A Story Not About Wars or Heroes - Haha, the working title is taken from the opening. This is still in the planning stages, and likely will be until Temper, Temper and maybe Whispers are finished. Why? Because it's going to be quite long and it has nothing to do with any of the Origins or Awakening characters! Instead, it's me playing around with Thedas. :) It's about a blood mage and a templar and living in the wake of the events of Origins. Also, the loss of Gwaren's Teyrn. Also, lyrium withdrawal. :D


I AM SO EXCITED FOR THIS LAST ONE GUYS, but if I do anything more than plot I'm afraid nothing else will get finished. XD Temper, while something I want to write, has little plot and is more a series of sketches of Zev and Fyn's relationship during the game and afterward. It's more getting Fyn out of my head and onto paper. But that last one? INTENSE PLOT. SLOW BUILD. FFFFF.


(And there's always that Loghain/Sophia thing that I wrote bits of. Haha.)


When I get back to campus and have my tablet, pictures are getting drawn, oh yes. Because I need a Fynnea icon. Also, at some point, I want to sew myself a set of Tevinter-style robes. Not sure what exact set yet - Jane's iconic one (to me) are the Reaper Vestments, but in Awakening, there's a cute green set...
