I'm up far, far too late (this is becoming a disturbingly regular occurrence), but before I finally lay my head down, have Halloween pictures! I, like most years, just threw on stuff from my closet. Being a costume nerd does have some advantages.

So some tight-lacing and half a stick of eyeliner later, and you get this:

Well, the black skirt is just a hippy-style skirt I've had for years. And I made sure a few years ago to have a corset or two lying around PRETTY MUCH for this express purpose. :D But thank you! Oh boy, that make up... my eyeshadow is color-changing, too. And kind of sloppy. But the glasses hide everything!

Oh, gorgeous work on the corset! And quite impressive on the tight lacing. It's always the real test of a corset as to whether you can lace it tightly and still not be in pain, I've found. ;)

Also, lol at our similar halloween costume ideas - "uuuuh it's halloween, what do? OH YEAH, CORSET." Except then I went to the dollar store and decided to go all out and be a jedi and a Hamlet in addition to vaguely-pirate-ey. :D
