serindranaStill sick. Not as sick as I was. But still sick.
Have been unexpectedly hit by cosplay plans (!?!?) Of course, I'm not going to Otakon this year (too expensive to fly back to Maryland for it, even if it coincides with my 21st birthday and I'd like to be home for that...), so this would be to AUSA or Katsu or... whatever my next con is. It's an idea I've been tossing about for a while. It is:

The actual design is sort of wtf, when you break it down, but Jane!cosplay? OHHHH YES. Yes, I want.
(Not sure what I'm going to do about a staff, given that I fly to conventions during the school year. I'll work on that.)
Of course, Jane is not short and curvy, particularly. (More tall and curvy, since mages got back in DA.) But I shall make it work! Somehow! I'll probably only get the corset and collar/shoulder bits done, realistically. Ah, well.
Two more weeks of school - one of classes, one of exams. Two papers and two take home finals and a sit-down final to go.
And a lamb roast!
And firing spears via a ballista into gel covered with animal hide!
