On campus, have gone to at least one meeting of all my classes. They all are awesome. Five classes doesn't seem like a lot, either, when you don't have much of a social life. Ffff.

46 days until Ireland!

Until then, I'm putzing about with homework, some video games (alternating between my Lady Aeducan playthrough of Dragon Age and new playthroughs of Digital Devil Saga and Final Fantasy XII), and writing bits and bobs. Oh, and baking. I'm going to try making pesto rolls on Monday for my Ancient Maya class, since I have a 9 hour stretch between classes.

PS: So Miles and I have been watching Last Exile on Netflix and I had totally had forgotten how much I ADOOOOOOOOORE it. Happily Miles is also really digging it, and he has decided to allow me to dress him as Alex, which means I can FINALLY use the heap of grey fabric I bought - what? - 5 or 6 years ago for Sophia and Alex. Which reminded me, are you ever going to do that orange boob dress or remake the coronation gown? It would be really amazing to get dual back-to-back photos, like that shot from the postcard. Gosh, now I want to cosplay EVERYONE from this show again. Last Exile fever is BACK!

I KNOW I'm amazed I could pull that face off.

If I make either, it'll be the orange gown, because I FINALLY HAVE AN OVERBUST CORSET to get the correct shape. Not sure when it'd be, though - this summer I'll be without sewing machine, since I'll be in Wyoming.

(Btw, are we cool, after the Katsu thing? :x I've been nervous - we haven't talked since.)

Katsucon is cool. To be honest I am just really bad about replying to messages on Facebook, so I'm really sorry that you've been nervous. ^__^; More than anything else, I'm just sad I won't get to see you and hang out. It's been way too long since Otakon! I'll let you know soon if we'll need you to pay any of your share. Right now I'm thinking we'll be fine without it, but I need to crunch figures and get everyone a final price first.

Okay! :) Yeah, I was really looking forward to it - I even have half my Ennis costume! But boyfriend and relatively cheap trip to Ireland (since I don't have to pay for crash space) trumped anime con. I'm currently doing my best to see if I can make Otakon - I'm either going to be visiting home at the beginning and end of the summer, or for a few weeks around my birthday, which would encompass Otakon weekend. It's up to my parents, though, when they'd rather see me.
