Meat is happily marinating away in Sarah's fridge, chillin' alongside home-made ginger salad dressing and home-made sweet red bean paste, both chunky and smooth.

I have the sponge starter for my steamed buns fermenting away, too. :) After I get the dough on it's main rise, all that's left to do is:

+ Cook the steak (Broiling it on a make-shift broiler plate!)
+ Make the japanese-style cucumber salad
+ Fill and steam the buns

Everything else is just plating.

I even got a nice plate to photograph tonight's meal on!
