Date: 2009-07-16 04:28 pm (UTC)That's why I like playing in AUs. Delphine can be taken out without taking out Alex, and so they can struggle with him needing something else to live for afterwards. I have written a few pre-series Alex/Sophia things, though.
Vince/Sophia doesn't get my motor running anywhere NEAR Alex/Sophia (they're just so charged @u@), but I like it as a final end point for her. I even started writing a wholly depressing post-series fic where she's married to Vince for convenience when they find out she's pregnant with Alex's child from right before the end of the series, and Vince is there for her at all times and she's going, "._." the whole time. But then they were going to come together by the end.
But it was too depressing and I couldn't write it. XD

(The prereg line was disgusting as of like, an hour or so ago. I got there at 3pm, was done by about 6.30. Which included the time it took me to figure out where I was supposed to give my things for the art show..)
