serindranaSo, Sati progress.
I've constructed the belt and given the outside a base coat of paint. Plans for today include finishing painting and adding mendhi-type designs to both the outside of the belt and the outside of the crown to add more visual interest using puffy paint. The belt will also get fine gold chain added to part of it, again for interest.
The hem is DONE, except for a capstone scale for the slit in the side. One cuff is almost done. I need to make four more blank lined scales, and then those are done.
Other plans for today include sewing up at least some of the collar scales and starting to bead those, as well as fixing the flounce on Adele (same color thread and all).
