MAKING BAO.

Sponge starter is proofing, so I'm planning fillings. Our normal grocery store didn't have sweet bean paste, soooo.

Recipe makes 12 bao, so my plan is to make:

4 unfilled
4 chocolate-filled
4 pulled barbeque chicken-filled

(The last two using up leftovers.)

Yeah... I don't think most grocery stores would carry red bean paste. But Asian grocery places should. Most cities have such places.

We have a Wegman's, and I think they do. :) But yeah, I didn't think they'd carry it either, but my parents were on the look-out just in case.
