Sponge starter is proofing, so I'm planning fillings. Our normal grocery store didn't have sweet bean paste, soooo.
Recipe makes 12 bao, so my plan is to make:
4 unfilled
4 chocolate-filled
4 pulled barbeque chicken-filled
(The last two using up leftovers.)
