I'm going to narrow this down to my most-played/most-recently-played.
Evelyn:
+ Though her mourning garb is mostly a sham at this point, the veil is worn in the true spirit of mourning - for her mother alone.
+ Is not a loner by nature, but simply can't find people she shares the opinions of.
+ Can go toe-to-toe in a swearing match with any of her ship captains, but chooses not to.
+ Actually gives out fertility aids more often than poisons.
+ Occasionally drugs herself to sleep.
Avdotya:
+ Is a very good piano player.
+ Always tops in the few instances she has sex - even if it's from the bottom.
+ Actually enjoys her tea fairly light with milk and honey.
+ Sort of wishes she was more human in her feelings, even though she finds most people utterly ridiculous.
+ Didn't cry when she turned her last lover into the police.
Carol Linnaea:
+ Likes it when the plants start gaining sentience.
+ Doesn't like sweets.
+ Can't grow good-tasting vegetables to save her life.
+ Her glasses give her constant headaches.
+ Has large feet for her size.
Muirin:
+ Was kidnapped by Avdotya for experimentation for really no good reason.
+ Falls for every single man who's nice to her, ever.
+ Adores Evelyn's fiance, Nathaniel.
+ Can't hear very well from the scarring around her ears.
+ Learned how to play chess from one of the assistants in Avdotya's lab.
Oleanna:
+ Follows the family superstition of needing to go out in the moonlight to 'recharge' her Powers of Relaxation (AKA, magical anaethesia) - but she doesn't have to. It doesn't actually do anything.
+ Is not quite as badass as she lets on, and was always planning on just marrying a nice boy from the village and settling down with a large brood of kids.
+ Thinks Lord Adam is adorable and doesn't quite have the heart to tell him that she's not planning on staying with him.
+ Loves her biological father more than the man who raised her, even though that man was as wonderful as could be.
+ Her hair is short because of a lice infestation a few months before she came to the capital.
