:P Shuuuuush. There are a few, just none that have caught my attention. (Most are LULZ URBAN FANTASY WHERE WE ALL HAVE SPESHUL POWERS. But aren't panfandom, amazingly.)
I'm really just trying to find a way to meet new people outside of fandom, since I'm not actually IN fandom anymore.
Personally, I simply find that LJ isn't a great place for roleplaying like that; it's not organized that way, y'know? So whatever you find, I hope it's something good, as well as something that will hold up. Good luck!
I'm actually not much for online RPGs myself, but I do know one that's fandom-base, but there are no characters from the actual fandom allowed. Sort of alternate universe, I guess? Is that something you'd be interested in?
Try dear_multiverse. It might not be your thing, but it's REALLY pan-fandom. They allow OCs, too, just be very careful and make sure they're not a Mary Sue. (I don't think you'd make one, but still.)
But you're on my flist somehow and my guy runs an email based game that he posts to LJ for follow along purposes [the emailing is where the game moves forward].
I don't play myself nor do I pay a ton of attention to it, but if you want to check it out, friend http://teeofcee.livejournal.com/ He's agreed to add you so you can read the posts and get a feel for the game and just comment if you're interested.
