The design I have for my costume has some of the same elements... but it's more lolita-esque since I'm so small and young-looking. This is the EGA of Steampunk badassery! XD

Trust me being taken for older gets rather old after awhile. I've been taken for 21+ since I was 18 which was fun till I was 21 and didn't need to be taken for older. Now people are like "I thought you were --" and it just makes me sad. T_T
Though granted, I could see the 13 thing being annoying. I don't think I would have ever guessed that young for you since I met you. In fact I think the first time you asked I overestimated by a year or so. ;)
You also met me while I was dressed as Sophia. XD I tend to cosplay as characters who make me seem older than I am. Normal dress, I tend to wear skirts and dresses so people, for some reason, think I'm younger than 17 T_T
