serindranaChoose twelve of your original characters in any particular order (NO PEEKING AT THE QUESTIONS AT THIS STAGE!). Then, answer the questions that follow:
1. Selia Lacheavelli - Italian ghost-hunter girlie who likes to fence
2. Ilario - Selia's fencing instructor, bodyguard, and booty call (kinda)
3. Natalie - Your nice young seamstress, found in any setting I can think to put her in.
4. Elysia Kavanagh - Ice mage with a kick-ass gun and a spray bottle.
5. Aric - Slightly creepier ice mage with a bitchin' suit.
6. Sileust - Doll-girl scientist who enjoys long walks on the beach and falling in love with multiple people at the same time.
7. Lorelei - Demure, shy little gypsy-ish woman.
8. Ilsa Ivanovna - Possibly communist, definitely awesome.
9. Svetlana - Kick-assery from Siberia.
10. Milek - In the process of being created - hot crazy boy from Lithuania.
11. Evelyn - Black-lace-wearin', aristocrat-poisonin' gardener.
12. Yambati - Cynical botanist extraordinaire
1 - Who would make a better college professor? 6 (Sileust) or 11(Evelyn)?
Depends on the class, but Sileust has experience already - she's been a temporary prof at Gotham University a few times in the past, when needed. Plus she's much nicer and less likely to preach eliminating the rude and wasteful.
... Which may make Evelyn the better professor.
2 - Do you think 2 (Ilario) is hot? How hot?
Most of my characters are made to be aesthetically pleasing, and Ilario is no exception. If you like the older, slicked-back hair type, of course. Still, he's not the hottest character I've ever created, to be sure.
3 - 12 (Yambati) sends 8 (Ilsa) out on a mission. What is it? Does it succeed?
It is to get rare and wonderful seeds from far off lands, and it succeeds - after a few breakdowns. Ilsa is amazingly dedicated to getting the job done, at the expense of her own health. She'd probably return gaunt, bleeding from all her orifices, and dying of many different and wonderful diseases (all preventable/curable).
4 - What is or would be 9 (Svetlana)'s favorite book?
She can't read and has no way of learning language, let alone understanding it in written form. So something that's short and has lots of fun pictures.
5- Would it make more sense for 2 (Ilario) to swear fealty to 6 (Sileust), or the other way around?
Probably Ilario to Sileust. Ilario's used to being a bodyguard of sorts, and isn't really the type to want a loyal vassal. Neither is Sileust, but she seems to attract men who want to protect her at all costs. *shrugs*
6- For some reason, 5 (Aric) is looking for a roommate. Should (s)he share a studio apartment with 9 (Svetlana) or with 10 (Milek)?
Hm... probably Milek, if only because he's outwardly cultured and wouldn't chew up the dining-room table. Though, Aric might want to keep his bodyguards close - being blind and living with a serial killer isn't the greatest idea in the world.
7- 2 (Ilario), 7 (Lorelei), and 12 (Yambati) have dinner together. Where do they go, and what do they discuss?'
Ilario and Lorelei largely discuss the problems controlling families cause, and Yambati just sits back and lets them pay for the meal. They'd probably be in some sushi place, since Lorelei grew up on fish and Ilario is probably sick of pasta by now.
8- 3 (Natalie) challenges 10 (Milek) to a duel. What happens?
Hm. Natalie would lose, most assuredly, but depending on Milek's mood and how bitchy Natalie is feeling that day, he might keep her as a pet instead of killing her. Either way, though, there's going to be a lot of blood, and it'll all be Natalie's.
Not that she doesn't like that...
9- If 1 (Selia) stole 8 (Ilsa)'s most precious possession, how would she/he get it back?
Ilsa would probably have a large panic attack, and her friends, out of sympathy, would go and ask for it back. Probably by bribing Selia with a large amount of money. Of course, Selia is so wonderfully sweet that, unless it was a key to the underworld, she'd probably give it up without a fight.
10-Suggest a title for a story in which 7 (Lorelei) and 12 (Yambati) both attain what they most desire.

11- What kind of plot device would you use if you wanted 4 (Elysia) and 1(Selia) to work together?
Selia would be on a mission in America, Elysia would be caught up in some haunting of epic proportions, but would find that ice is the one weakness the big bad leader has. Thus, Selia would be forced to work with Elysia, and they would have a rollicking good time.
12 - If 7 (Lorelei) visited you for the weekend, how would you get along?
Not badly. She's a bit quiet for my tastes, but I'm a good listening, and I'd let her unload all she wanted. Plus her daughter is INSANELY cute.
13 - If you could command 3 (Natalie) to perform any one task or service for you, what would it be?
Sew me an elaborate, beautiful, well-fitting costume, so I don't have to, for once!
14 - Does anyone on your friends list write or draw 11 (Evelyn)?
Nope! Not even me, most of the time. XD
15 - If 2 (Ilario) had to choose sides between 4 (Elysia) and 5 (Aric), which would it be?
Elysia, hands down. Ilario would see Aric as some creepy stalker guy (which he is) and quickly come to Elysia's defense.
16 - What might 10 (Milek) shout while charging into battle?
Nothing. He does not charge, and he does not shout - he creeps stealthily and then mercilessly taunts.
17 - If you chose a song to represent 8 (Ilsa), which song would you choose?
Uh. No idea, but maybe "For Reasons Unknown" by the Killers?
18 - 1 (Selia), 6 (Sileust), and 12 (Yambai) are having dim sum at a Chinese restaurant. There is only one scallion pancake left, and they all reach for it at the same time. Who gets to eat it?
Hm. Yambati wouldn't give a damn, and Sileust and Selia would probably both start going, "No, you have it!" Three hours later, Elysia would be walking on by, grab the scallion pancake, and eat it as she walked off. The two girls would stare after her. Yambati would have left them to pay the bill three hours before.
19 - What might be a good pick-up line for 2 (Ilario) to use on 10 (Milek)?
Well, Ilario would never hit on a guy, but probably something like, "I hear Lithuania is very cold this time of year... but Italy is quite warm. Want to visit?"
20 - What would 5 (Aric) most likely be arrested for?
Conspiracy to murder and, oh, I don't know - exploitation of a minor (Elysia, for a while) and stalkerish behaviors... embezzling... using way too much air conditioning.
21 - What is 6 (Sileust)’s secret?
She doesn't keep secrets, but the one she keeps from herself is that her mother tried to kill her when she was an infant and was subsequently locked up in an asylum.
22 - If 11 (Evelyn) and 9 (Svetlana) were racing to a destination, who would get there first?
Svetlana. Evelyn is frighteningly thin and not used to running. Svetlana lived for seven years in the Siberian wild with a pack of feral dogs. Do the math.
23 - If you had to walk home through a bad neighborhood late at night, would you feel safer in the company of 7 (Lorelei) or 8 (Ilsa Ivanovna)?
Neither, but probably Ilsa. She looks enough like a zombie to scare some people.
