May. 19th, 2011 01:23 amSo, there may or may not be a short digression about cheese and nationalist pride in the upcoming Couper chapter. Just saying.
It's pretty lonely, being home. I don't have many people to talk to. :( But it's only for two more weeks, at least, and with any luck, I can manage a fair amount of writing. I'm still settling in, so the mojo is slow in coming, but given that I've written 4k worth of this Couper chapter (have I mentioned that the chapters on this thing are getting longer and longer? But I guess that's what sex AND violence gets you) just today, I think it might be sneaking back in. Now I just have to keep it focused on either Couper or ASNAWOH and keep it away from the Cauth/Loghain fic, tentatively titled In Small Things Forgotten.
I was supposed to get new glasses today, and I was planning to post a picture of me, with said glasses, and a caption reading, "The face of a woman who's just written 2k of Zevran getting down on his knees before Ser Cauthrien."
But then we pushed off getting my new glasses until sometime later this week, so it'll have to wait and the caption will likely change or go away. (But still, new glasses!)
And finally, I am determined to make bread tomorrow. Need to do something with my hands. I've had to stay off my feet and the lack of movement is driving me up a waaaaaall. (But, in good news, my foot and knee are doing MUCH better!)
